Sprats or sprat is a small fish that is part of the herring family and belongs to the group of food fish. It is a beneficial symbiosis of protein (58%) and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (4.3%). Sprat is known for its nutritional value as it contains high levels of polyunsaturated fats, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which promote heart health and improve circulation. Our whole fish products, like all our other products, are cooked in special ovens and in a drying mode that allows you to save 70% -80% of the beneficial components found in whole fish. As a raw material, we usually use sprats caught in the Baltic Sea, which are carefully hand-sorted before drying. Ingredients: fish (sprats) 100%.
